        Since there were the evident abuses of /incoming
        directory, the policy of the /incoming directory
        has changed.

        Some ftp users put commerical softwares in /incoming
        for the illegal distribution of the softwares.
        (Shame on the creator of "plz_upload ***" stuffs!)
        We cleared out the whole /incoming directory, and
        restricted users from reading /incoming.

        Users outside POSTECH can only put files to the
        directory, not read the files. Users inside POSTECH
        can read the files via /afs/p/ftp/incoming directory.
        He must have HEMOS user account and login to AFS
        client in order to access the directory.

        For the HEMOS user accout requests, go to
                http://www.postech.ac.kr/hemos

        ftp:/incoming is the place for the users outside
        POSTECH who can put files for POSTECH users. This
        should not be used for the illegal and intentional
        abusers.
